Claiming your MyClinic profile is simple and can be done in minutes. 

Below is a short video to guide you through the process. Alternatively, you can read through the simple steps and get started on your telemedicine journey.

Follow the simple steps below to claim your profile. 

Step 1
On the homepage (www.myclinic.com), search for your name in the box at the top labeled “find a clinician”. 

Step 2
Once on your profile, scroll to the bottom and click on the link labeled “Is this your profile? Click here to claim it”.

Step 3
Register for a MyClinic account using your email address. 

Step 4
Once you have provided your email address, you will receive a verification code. Input this code into the box provided. 

Step 5
Create a password for your account. Please ensure that this is secure and complex. 

From here, we will be notified that you are looking to claim this profile. Within 48 hours we will be back in touch with the next steps.
