Therefore, you must be recommended or invited by another healthcare professional to qualify for the Clinician plan. Once you’re in, you will be asked to nominate 3 other healthcare professionals. We will then give you a free upgrade to the Clinician Pro plan.

No, you can continue on your existing plan. However, we recommend you upgrade and have your colleagues using the same system to give your patients a better experience.

There are many great telemedicine providers out there. MyClinic focuses on the patient experience, particularly in joining a call. There are no apps to downloads or complex passwords to remember. Any patient can join from any internet connected device with a camera and/ or microphone.

No we do not store records about your patients other than for the purpose of showing you a call history – which you can delete.

You can easily integrate your MyClinic URL to your existing EHR by way of a link. However, please contact us for more complex integrations.
